Next week is Grandparents and Special Friends Week here at Baker! Come and join us for lunch. Check the schedule for your grade level's date and lunchtime. Kindergarten: Monday, 10:45-11:10 1st Grade: Tuesday, 11:00-11:25; 5th Grade: Tuesday, 12:00-12:25 2nd Grade: Wednesday, 11:15-11:40 3rd Grade: Thursday, 11:30-11:55; 4th Grade 11:45-12:10 If you have more than one student, we can pull them for you so that you can all have lunch together on one day. Please be sure to let us know when you arrive if you'd like to have a sibling join you. We can hardly wait to see you here!

Economics Arkansas surprised Jamie Garmon, a second grade teacher at Baker Elementary with a very special treat. Mrs. Garmon is one of seven recipients of the Bessie B. Moore Award in the state! Her project "What's Popping in Economics" was selected as a winner. She was surprised in front of a full school assembly on Wednesday, August 30, 2023.
